TeeMates Academy is designed for young learners. A parent, guardian, or authorized teacher should create and manage every child’s access.
Information we use
We use the adult account email, a child display name or nickname, age range, classroom connection, game answers, skill progress, time spent, and recent activity. Teachers see only students connected to their classroom code.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, show learning progress, recommend practice, manage classrooms, prevent misuse, and provide support. We do not sell children’s personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Parent and school choices
A parent or guardian may ask to review, correct, export, or delete account and child information. A teacher may remove a student from a classroom, which revokes classroom access. Schools should share classroom codes only with authorized families.
Retention and security
We retain information only while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sign-in cookies are protected, and administrative changes require a secure administrator session.
